Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Welcome to Ortega Tires & Wheels. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and the general terms that apply to purchases and services when incorporated into your transaction.

By using our website, you agree to the website provisions below. Product purchases and vehicle services are also subject to the estimates, authorizations, invoices, warranty documents, and other terms provided and accepted at the time of your transaction.

1. About Ortega Tires & Wheels

Ortega Tires & Wheels is a family-owned tire and wheel shop serving Spring, Texas, and surrounding communities.

Our products and services may include tires, custom wheels, tire installation and repairs, balancing, air pressure checks, suspension services, brake services, CV axle services, and ball joint services.

Availability depends on inventory, vehicle requirements, equipment, and scheduling. Please contact us to confirm that we can accommodate your vehicle and requested service.

2. Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our business, explore products and services, contact our team, and submit inquiries.

You agree not to misuse website forms, submit fraudulent information, introduce harmful software, interfere with website operation, or attempt to access restricted systems or other users’ information.

Website content provides general information and does not replace an inspection of your vehicle.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Pricing depends on the products selected, vehicle specifications, condition of the vehicle, labor required, and applicable taxes or disclosed fees.

An estimate based on a phone conversation, photograph, or online inquiry may require confirmation after an inspection. Before authorizing work, please review the estimate and ask about any charges you do not understand.

If an inspection identifies additional work or a change in cost, we will explain the proposed changes and obtain your approval before proceeding beyond the authorized scope.

4. Service Authorization

You must own the vehicle or have permission from its owner to authorize work.

Inspections, diagnostic procedures, repairs, and any necessary test drives will be addressed through the applicable service authorization. Any inspection, diagnostic, or disassembly charges should be disclosed before you approve that work.

Submitting a website form, requesting an appointment, providing payment information, or applying for financing does not by itself authorize repairs.

The specific terms accepted in your service authorization or purchase agreement control if they conflict with these general terms, subject to applicable law.

5. Appointments and Completion Times

An online appointment request is not confirmed until our team confirms it.

Wait times and completion estimates depend on the work required, customer volume, parts availability, and conditions discovered during inspection or repair. We will communicate significant changes to an agreed completion estimate.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Payments

Payment amounts and due dates will be stated in your estimate, invoice, or purchase agreement. Please confirm accepted payment methods with our team before authorizing services.

Any required deposit for ordered products or scheduled work, along with its cancellation and refund conditions, will be disclosed before payment.

Taxes and any applicable installation, disposal, or other fees will be identified as part of your transaction.

7. Financing

Financing options, when available, are subject to the provider’s application process, eligibility requirements, approval, and separate agreement.

Review the provider’s disclosures for payment amounts, interest or other charges, promotional conditions, and total cost. Ortega Tires & Wheels does not guarantee approval or a particular financing offer.

Submitting a financing application does not authorize vehicle work. Any purchase or service must be approved separately.

8. Tires, Wheels, and Product Availability

Product images are illustrative. Appearance, specifications, sizes, finishes, and availability may vary.

Our team will confirm the selected product and its suitability for your vehicle before completing the order or installation. Any substitution requires your approval.

If a product is used or otherwise not new, its condition will be disclosed before purchase.

9. Custom Wheels and Special Orders

Wheel selection requires consideration of vehicle specifications, tire size, load capacity, clearance, and existing modifications.

Tell our team about modifications that may affect fitment. Some combinations may require additional components or work, which will be discussed before approval.

Any special-order deposit, cancellation restriction, return condition, or restocking charge will be disclosed before the order is placed.

10. Tire Repairs and Vehicle Safety

Whether a tire can be repaired depends on its condition and the findings of an inspection. We may recommend replacement or decline a requested repair or installation if we determine that it would be unsafe.

An inspection or repair addresses the work described in your service authorization. It is not a certification that every vehicle component has been inspected or that the vehicle will remain free from future problems.

Follow the maintenance and follow-up instructions provided with your tires, wheels, parts, or completed service.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Please provide accurate vehicle information and describe known concerns, damage, modifications, warning lights, and relevant repair history.

Customers are responsible for reviewing estimates, authorizing work, providing reliable contact information, and following applicable maintenance instructions.

Remove personal valuables before leaving your vehicle. This request does not waive any responsibility we may have under applicable law.

If a concern develops after service, contact us promptly so we can discuss an inspection and appropriate next steps.

12. Warranties

Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, and service. Any applicable written warranty will identify its coverage, duration, conditions, exclusions, and claim process.

A manufacturer’s warranty and any shop-provided warranty are separate. Please ask our team about available coverage before purchasing and retain your invoice and warranty documents.

These Terms and Conditions do not create an additional warranty or eliminate warranties or consumer rights that apply by law.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Return, refund, exchange, and cancellation conditions will be provided for the applicable purchase or service.

Eligibility may depend on whether a product has been installed, used, damaged, or specially ordered, and whether authorized work has already been performed. Any restrictions or charges must be disclosed before the transaction is approved.

If you believe a product is defective or a service was not completed correctly, contact us with your invoice and a description of the concern.

Nothing in this section limits remedies available under an applicable warranty or consumer protection law.

14. Towing and Outside Providers

If we refer you to an independent towing company or another outside provider, confirm that provider’s availability, pricing, and terms directly.

A referral alone does not mean towing is included in your repair price. Any towing arranged through Ortega Tires & Wheels will be subject to the authorization and charges disclosed for that arrangement.

15. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions apply according to the eligibility requirements, dates, product limitations, and other conditions stated with the offer.

Please mention an advertised offer before completing your purchase so we can confirm its application. Discounts may be combined only when the offer’s terms allow it.

Changes to future promotions do not alter an offer already accepted as part of your transaction.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other materials on this website belong to Ortega Tires & Wheels or their respective owners.

You may view and share links to our pages for personal, informational purposes. Reproducing or using protected content commercially requires permission from the applicable rights holder.

Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Website Accuracy and External Links

We work to keep our website current, but product details, pricing, business hours, and availability may change. Please confirm information relevant to your visit or purchase with our team.

If an error affects a proposed transaction, we will explain the correction before asking you to approve it.

Links to financing providers, manufacturers, social media platforms, and other outside websites are provided for convenience. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

18. Privacy and Communications

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website.

When you contact us or request service, we may respond using the contact information you provide to discuss your inquiry, estimate, appointment, or vehicle status.

Providing contact information for a service inquiry does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing messages. Any marketing consent will be requested separately where required.

19. Website Availability and Liability

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every page will remain free of technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Ortega Tires & Wheels is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website interruptions or reliance on general website content.

This provision does not exclude responsibility for negligent vehicle work, personal injury, fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not waive applicable consumer protections or warranty rights.

20. Changes and Governing Law

We may revise these Terms and Conditions as our website or business practices change. Updated terms will display a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively modify an accepted purchase agreement, service authorization, or warranty without any legally required agreement.

Texas law governs these terms, together with applicable federal law. Any rights under other laws that cannot be waived remain in effect.

21. Contact Ortega Tires & Wheels
